Alma guerra, a Mexican yoga teacher and influential figure in wellness and lifestyle, Her journey has shown her the immense value of yoga as a tool for life enrichment, transformation, and personal growth.
Alma´s teaching style is charecterized by its dynamism, fluidity, and challenge, encouraging participants to honor their personal evolution through mindful movement and conscious vinyasa.
Each session is a unique voyage aimed at releasing the old and making room for the new. Her classes cater to various levels, offering adaptations based on individual need or current abilities. She holds a Yoga Alliance RYT 500HR certification.
Alma elevated her personal practice and teachings by traveling to Costa Rica to study Chakra Vinyasa. In New York, she learned arm balances and headstands with Tim Fieldman and studied the Dharma Mittra method. She then completed two more certifications with The Yoga People in Yin Yoga and Mandala. Returning to Bali, she participated in an advanced Fluid Us training with Carlos Tao.
She loves following her teachers and learning diverse techniques from each of them. Throughout her journey, she has trained in various branches and attended courses worldwide.
Her beginnings were in Mexico, and she has had the opportunity to train in locations like Bali, New York, Costa Rica, and through online courses. She has accumulated over 650 hours in courses and training. Additionally, Alma has taught classes in various studios in Monterrey, Mexico City, and Madrid.
